Before Baking
Freshly out from Oven!Hee.. Tis x round tried out the Horlicks version of doggie-shaped cookies~
Think I'd realised why i find my previous attempt's cookies bitter liao! Cos, the bite tat i took dun haf the chocolate chip in it (each cookie supposed to haf 4 chocolate chips, including the 'nose')... besides tat, maybe my cookies are bigger sized! The recipe said the yield is ard 48 cookies but i onli managed to make abt half of it ley... like 20+. So each cookie haf more dough yet less chips!! Hmmm... Must be like dat!!
So... Tis time round, i added more chocolates chips into each of them! Whaha!!! 7 in total, including the 'nose'! Although i alady tried to reduce the size.. but still 20+ cookies only ley.. Grrr...!! Dun care!! Anyway since i'd alady punched in double dosage of choco-chips, it should balance up!! Hmmm... Taste better~ But not fantastic yet! If im gonna make it again, i'll add 10!!! whahah!!
The cookies look cuter tis round too!
The previous ones flat-faced de.. and the sides prone to cracks even b4 i put them into the oven... esp after being slightly depressed... So tis x instead of depressing them, i rolled them into balls (reminded me of the pineapple tarts)!! keke.. greatly reduced the cracks lor... and more 3D~ Lookin more like a doggie than the before version~ Yippee!! Cutez!!!
