Devouring itself?!

Even after feedin medication, things are not lookin good for the hamster at all.. That hole jus gets larger & larger, day by day!! We guessed the pain is making it so pissed tat it decides to eat it up??

Stupid it may sound.. But.. reli can't tink of any other apparent reason how the hole can get so serious within such a period! No stinky smell & it doesn't look like it's rotting.

Today, it's bedding & wheel are stained wit so much of it's blood (judging from the size of a small animal like dat, i reli tink it's quite alot of blood lor)! The leg looks so frail & strengthless... sobz..

Heart-aching to see.. It's devouring itself! OMG!! Help!! Mus it die like dat? Any ways to stop the hamster? Seems sooo very painful...!
