Haihai's back home! Grr.. This modified mini-tail costed me a bomb!

The first time sent him for the stitches + hospitalization & medication costed $616... Now the second time amputation + hospitalization & medication costed $738... Heartpains*

Tis baby lost so much weight.. Feels boney to the touch... Once home, i made food for him and he gobbled it all up! Awww.. Can tell he reli loves the food I prep for him.. Heex..

Lil Haihai's surgery as case study...

Just heard from sis that lil' Haihai's surgery photos being posted as case study on the vet's site... 

Gosh...! His tail turned reli reli bad... no wonder it's gone when we visited him the other day. The vet assistant told us that it'd turned gangrene & gotta amputate ASAP before it spreads... 

Manz...!! Damn freaking scary rite? Can't imagine this baby gotta bear with that kinda PAIN! Sobs*

Vet wants him with them for 10 days, saying we won't know how to take proper care of his wound... True... anyway I don't wana risk him for another unnecessary surgery again...

Haihai, Please heal well & come home soon! Miss*

Now a Bunny..

Met up with Eileen & Mum at Toa Payoh after leaving KBH's place, to visit Haihai~ 

We had dinner, then passed by Mini Toons while on the way to take cab. Saw this cute Stitch toy & bought it to accompany him.... must be feeling so alone, deserted and of cos in BIG PAIN...

When we reached the vet's place and Haihai handed over to us, realized his tail is gone! 

Didn't expect that as we were told that he have to be on antibiotics even after his fever went down approximately around 7 days, then the operation can be performed, else it'll put Haihai in higher risk of dying during the surgery.

Puzzled* No vets were around at that time. So, i asked the attendant why did they operate on him? 

He said the tail was gangrenous and there is risk of spreading, hence they decided amputation quickly. Only then i remembered previous morning there was a missed call on my phone... Linking back, it must be the vet wanting to inform me about their sudden decision...

Finally when it's time for us to go, told the attendant to put him back & that we are leaving... 

Can hear him barking for us when he was placed back at his cage... So ke lian..!!

Baby Claudia

Met up with "Trendy-Preggy" aka Serene to NEX shopping mall to get baby shower gift for Claudia.. Before getting any work done, "Trendy" complained of thirst... So, we stopped by this stall named Dessert Story. Zzzz... not nice de... hers was too sour & mine too sweet...

We were clueless of wad to get.. Tip-off by Ting dat KBH wanted to buy some kinda clay that can mould the baby's foot and framed as a memory.. Okay, since that's what she wanted, she shall have it! We chose the most expensive one among the 3 that the departmental store carries, thinking it must be the best... How ignorant... (continue reading to how why..)

Unluckily, it rained.. But luckily, Ting dropped by & fetched us to KBH's house even though she's not joining us as she's got something on.. Heex.. How nice of her~ <3

When reached KBH's house, we saw a similar clay! Damnz... She'd bought it! But it's another model... 

We (me & Serene) thought ours is better... and KBH debated that the one she bought is 3D version... while ours is only imprinted... Enlightened, then we realised the difference! Oh well... How can we beat her, the DIY Queen...?! 

We are open-minded though.. Hahah... In the end, passed KBH the sales receipt & ask her to change to something she'll need... no point having almost the same thing and what's more, lousier rite? LOL*

After that, the momma (KBH) & momma-to-be (Serene) were discussing about MOMMAS' topics... Zzzz... Sooo 'N.A.' for me... 

Jojo & Rambo

Their furkids... what a cute couple... one so much taller than the other... Hahah... 

I was told by Kelvin that Rambo is very protective of Jojo... Jojo, most of the time very timid de... but when Rambo is around, she is definitely more daring, knowing her hero will 英雄救美 anytime! LOL* 

All the more funny...! Suspect before they decide to keep Jojo, already predicted Rambo's Lifetime Mission, hence named him... RAMBO~
